John is the Director of Projects. He has over 40 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects spanning Corporate, Client and Contractor Commissioning Management roles. He was formerly the Global CSU Principle Technical Expert (PTE) for Shell, and was located in The Hague for 6 years. John has held senior Commissioning Management and Start-Up management roles in projects such as the BP West Nile Delta project, SEIC Sakhalin Phase II project and the Shell Bonga FPSO and Gumusut Kakap projects.
Aaron Johnson
Managing Director
Aaron is the Managing Director of International Commissioning & Engineering Pte Ltd. He has in excess of 30 years industry experience in Mining, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage and infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in Construction, Commissioning & Start-up (CSU), Asset Management, Shutdowns, Operations and Maintenance. Aaron studied Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and holds a Masters (MSc) in Project Management.
Marina Egorova
Director of Business Operations
Marina is the Director of Business Operations. She has in excess of 15 years’ experience in business operations and prior to joining I.C.E held positions in stock trading and logistics companies in Moscow. Marina controls the daily operations and financial interactions for the company and liaison with all external entities. Marina holds degrees in Linguistics, is a qualified teacher of English & French language, and in Law.
